New years celebrations.?

Has anyone got any ideas where to go to bring in the bells in Glasgow area?

Answers:
Oh we used to go in and out of each others houses as the midnight bells began to ring out from local churches. It was awesome. No entertainment but what we made for ourselves. A drink in each "hoose" we visited and a song along our way around the street. The men had to carry a bottle of liquior to share and a piece of coal for a fire. Those with wee kids stayed home while them without did the visiting.
I wish you a grand visit to Glasgow. If I were you I would look for a good night walking up Sucky and down Bucky
Cheers
