Are there any hotels/apartments in Orlando that don't charge based on four adults sharing?
I want to go with my boyfriend from the UK, but every hotel in the areas we want to go i.e International drive base their prices on four adults sharing. Are there any that don't? and have normal rooms for two?

I know most of the resorts at Disney base their rates on two adults sharing a room and the more adults added to the room (up to four) increases the rate. Depending on when you come to Orlando, you can get pretty decent rates, especially at the Value and Moderate resorts.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the International Drive area is always crazy busy. Most local Orlando residents try to avoid that side of town, because of the traffic and tourists. But they do have nice restaurants there too.

book independently as nearly all UShotels charge for the room no matter whether it has 1 or 4 people, you are probably looking at a travel agent's brochure, they tend to overcharge!
We are going down and staying at the 'Holiday Villas Walt Disney area' - I booked off of www.hotels.com - it is within 10-15 min of disneyworld & has free shuttle service to all parks - they have 2 & 3 bedroom suites w/ living and kitchen areas. It doesn't seem like they base on per person, but on how many bedrooms you want. Hope this helps! Have fun!

Check out the timeshare resorts - they rent villas by the night if they have availability. Most come in 1,2 or 3 bedroom configurations. Look for a "lock-off" which is just a bedroom and bathroom, but without the full kitchen, livingroom, etc. often found in the timeshare units.
www.marriott.com , then select Marriott Vacation Club on the property type menu. Grande Vista has lock-off units.
we are going to stay at the pop century resort in walt disney world and it will only be me and my 8 year old daughter who are going on 30th november this year i have not been charged more cos there is only one adult in the room and i know a lot of places outside do the prices are very good and we are going from the uk we are going with travrl city direct this year
