It is impossible to miss as it has carved elephant heads and roundels featuring the symbols of Indian states on it, as well as a flag. It does not take long at all to walk the whole length of Aldwych.

If that is the place you are looking for then I suggest doing a journey planner on the travel for london website the best way to do it is get a train or tube to aldwych station and then walk from there. There is no point in driving round london unless you know exactly where you are going becuase the drivers tend to be erratic and not very friendly to thsoe who are lost.

Come out of Charing Cross and turn left and keep walking down the strand. You will eventually (about 5-10 mins) get to Aldwych. It is signposted and easy to find.
