Try pacific beach very chill.. Unlikle downtown on the weekends its a beach atmosphere and people are really nice. Less headaches with no strict dress codes etc
go to conways irish pub or oggi's. conways has great people, strictly a pub, oggi's has great people, great food, cold beer. but of course, they're outside san diego in Poway, Ca. I still say they're great places to go though
