What do you we need to take with us to Thailand?
We're moving there for good, been there as tourists but want to know what we need to take that we can't buy there or that would be difficult to get

Hi, I have lived in Asia for 17 years, moved here to Bangkok 6 years ago from Manila (was in Hong Kong prior to that). I had visited Thailand 65 times before I moved here and thought I knew all about it.Living here is completely different from visiting or holidaying here. The most valuable thing you can bring with you is a mile of patience and a sense of humour. Learn the language first and foremost, go to school as soon as you get here. I recommend Union Language School (ULS) near Asia Hotel, Ratchatewi BTS. Everything else you need you can get here so you only need to bring personal belongings, just as if you were moving to a new house in your own country.

as regular visitors to a friends bar
we are constantly taking gravy granuels out there
and paxo stuffing
brown sauce etc
mostly food stuffs
regards tigger
Insect repellent & a Thai phrase book. And an appetite, as the food is yummy.
Just don't forget the Kids
nothing you will fined every thing specially condoms (they are crazy who talk about condoms) don't take any thing only take your cloth
cloths ,monies and credit cards.

u can find everything here,thailand,especially bangkok and the tourist areas have lots and lots of things from all over the world,so it easy to find what u want or need here.
