Anyone know any cheap cottages with open fires we can rent quite cheaply for the weekend, somewhere nice?

I live in the North East of England and I`m afraid there is no such thing as a cheap weekend rental..prices are really silly.you can often have an all in break abroad for the cost of a cosy weekend cottage in England..sorry.
