Where is Backwell?

i live in manchester and im suppose to go to place called Backwell tomorrow and it's suppose to be near Stockport and 60miles from manchester but i cant seem to find it on the map and all i found was place called Backwell near Bristol. If anyone know or if you can find me map of it, i'd be grateful.

Well I had a look on "multimap.com" and it has never let me down, but I can only find the one near Bristol too! are you sure they have given you the right spelling ?
Do you mean Bakewell? It's in Derbyshire (Peak District)
Are you sure its Backwell, theres a Bakewell, A6 all the way from Manchester past Stockport
How can it be near Stockport, which is on the border of Manchester, not 60 miles away. Someone is pulling your leg.
It's called Bakewell, down m1 turn right towards the lake district.
Probably Bakewell Derbyshire, absolutely lovely place. Do try the Bakewell pudding. Also, Monsall Head on the A6 is well worth a look. (and a nice pub there too!)
