where do you think the best is place to buy dollars from,and do you think the exchange rate is good or might it improve

I would go to a bank. If they can't do it (and I am sure they will) they could tell you where the best place would be.
Disney World has a place for that.

I'm sure you can order them at the post office. keep an eye on the exchange rate.
Best is a travel agent, they usally do not charge commision & will take back any unused dollars and not charge.
Exchange rate will vary depending where you are going and what the local currency is. In Western Europe & Greece it is fairly stable against local currency.
you can exchange at most banks -- depending on where you are coming from the american dollar is really low right now compared to euros and many other currencies. you can get exchange rate info from the internet -- go to exchangerate.com
