Is a ghostwalk in york suitable for an unfit, overweight 70 year old?

thinking of going on one when we visit but 'mother' is hardly in her prime (sorry mum) do they walk fast and is it far?
don't want to be running to keep up and holding everyone else up

Lol. I've think you've answered your own question
yes it is fine , they will accomodate you , but there is no climbng or running
i live in york, and see them all the time.. they are pretty undemanding and there is not much in the way of hills, uneven terrain to contend with.
Don't count on it. Especially if you see something.
The only thing you really need to worry about is another pack of Tena Lady!
Give the people who organise these walks a ring, they'll be able to tell you on the suitability of the walks.
