I went in '94 and '04 and ran a total of 7 times combined. It was a blast. Only went to the bull fights twice. Mainly just drank, danced, and waited for the next run.
In recent years the pick-pockets have become a bloody nuisance and thick as fleas.

I have never been but I think it would be nice to visit for holiday. Except for the running of the bulls part, that seems dangerous. What time of year is it held?
Gosh NO! The main event is the daily bull thing. That sucks. The rest it's just a big "fiesta" like everywhere else in Spain, everybody gets drunk and stays drunk the whole time.
