Has anyone every been to Wannsee, in Germany? or know of anyone who lives there?

Hi from Germany. Yes, Wannsee is part of Berlin, actually the most western part. Beautiful lake side, georgous houses and nice people living there. Wannsee is known as a part of Berlin, where rich people live. In the 60's-80's people from West-Berlin came to Wannsee to take a bath, to sunshine etc., because it was the only bathing fun they had (they were hardly allowed to leave Berlin) Now, where the wall fell down and people can visit other lakes, it's became even more beautifull, because it is not so overcrowded.
Berlin Wannsee has an own station (when you travel with train and come from West Germany, the train always stops in Wannsee) and Wannsee is connected to the Autobahn (highway).

yep, it's lovely! lakes, boat rides, infamous wannsee villa.. very easy to get to by s-bahn.
