Where is it better to work and live Telford or Birmingham ?

I was born in Birmingham but have been away for some time. I want to come back to England so bad ( from Canada ) If there are any other suggestions I would welcome them actually. It is just that my relatives live in Birmingham and Telford and I want to stay with them for a while when I come back to England in a few weeks.

Try Liverpool or surrounding areas it is Not Grim up North its Lovely
If you want some culture and nightlife, it has to be Brum.
Spend some time in both of places and stick with the relative that seems to like you most!
