Is there still restrictions on hand luggage at airports?

if so what are they

Answers:
As far as I know the restrictions are no liquids of any kind because of the bomb threat scare in the UK about a month ago.
That includes items such as perfume, hair gel, shaving cream.
Also you cannot carry any kind of medications unless they are in prescription bottles or you have a note from doctor.
Lighters of any kind are not allowed, neither are matches.
All these items can be carried in your checked in luggage.
If you are unsure put them in your checked baggage.
You cannot carry on even a cup of coffee or any kind of drink on the plane either.
If you are taking a long flight I guess the only thing you can really do is sleep on the plane,so be prepared.
As far as I know sleeping and reading is still allowed.
I have provided a link for you to click on and read ..all the prohibited items and allowed items you can take on the plane .
Have a nice flight!

It depends which airport you are flying out from. Call the airline and get the info first hand. Have a good trip.
Lots of them! Any liquids, gels and that includes, lipsticks, toothpastes, etc. Pack all liquids in your checked baggage. Good Luck!
just back from holidays werent aloud lighters bottles or tubes not to bad they check everthing
yes
Yes there is, but the authorities will soon be lifting this. However new guidelines will be issued as the threat level is back to normal.
Yes and I don't think that will ever change.

No sharp objects, no liquids, no weapons, no lighters, no prescription medications that are not in the original bottle.
Yep, I just flew in from Nairobi yesterday, and you still aren't allowed any liquids, gels etc including toothpaste. I was allowed one piece of handluggage no bigger than 35 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm and no heavier than 10 kg. But my friend tells me they're relaxing the toothpaste thing this week, not sure what else they're relaxing.
From the UK - no liquids and no make-up.
yes go to baa website
Yes and Yes Yes. Everyone uses check in bags.
You actually mean ARE there restrictions, not IS there. I learned the difference in first grade.

Go to www.tsa.gov they'll have the most updated info.

But I'm pretty sure you can bring books on English grammar and I would recommend doing that. You should study it on the plane.
buy a ticket, and your airline will be more than happy to advise you
Yes their are restrictions.

No:
- Liquids of any sort
- Shampoo, toothpaste
- Weapons of any kind.

Anyway the list goes on.
