Answers:
I have been out there 6 times previously and all going well, I intend to travel to Sharm in March. In reality the best bar as far as I am concerned, is the Camel Bar. This is a great bar which includes an open top roof area with great views of Sharm. If you are a diver, you are going to spend time here. Also if you like Indian food check out the outstanding restaurant under the Camel Bar. At weekends it can be very busy, so make a reservation ! Apart from that there are a string of mediocre drinking points on the main street, take your pick! If you are out there for 2 weeks you can do a 1 night / 2 day trip to Cairo. A 5 hour drive taking you under the Suez Canal gets you to Cairo. This is a city that is well worth seeing. There are a few other trips that you can do but really Sharm is focused on diving. Check out sites like Dunraven, Tiran and Thistelgorm. Quality diving ... enjoy, buddy.
Plenty.Hard Rock is a good one
Loads of bars/restaurants in Naama bay.
