For what you want it will be impossible.
1. You are under 21, though some comapnies will rent to under 21 you also sound like you are not from the US and that will work against you in this case.
2. You will not be using a Credit Card, with the second part of above, this is pretty mucht eh kiss of death to your car plans.
3. Very few places would take a "Cash" deposit, short of just about the cost of the car, adn places that would take case I doubt you would want to rent from.
Check the car comapny Websites, Dollar, Thrifty, Avis, Hertz, and even sites like Expedia and Orbitz it will give you a better idea of what you are dealing with.
expensive as they usually dont rent to under 25's
my advice get the bus .its cheap and fast
try dollar rent a car web site they have a depo on the I drive
I think you are going to be out of luck, many place in the US first off require a credit card for use and second don't rent to people under 23.
Normally only rent to over 25, but UHaul rents to 18 yr. Can be fun if you have a adventurous side and a good sense of humor
Go through Enterprise Rent-a-Car. They rent in 3 different age categories so the older you are, the cheaper the insurance you'll need will be. They rent to anyone over 18 but you will need a credit card to secure the deposit. The average compact car will cost you around $150 per week or $25 for a day plus insurance added on which is usually close to $10 a day.
I checked all the car rental sites around Walt Disney World before I went two weeks ago. I'm pretty sure every site said they don't allow anyone under the age of 22, unless you're a resident of Michigan (for some reason, you only have to be 18 or older to drive a rental if you're from MI.) I don't get it, but whataver they say.
Good luck! Have fun! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
(I want to go during my birthday in December.)
Most car rental companies in America will only rent if you have a valid credit card, and will only rent if you're over 25. I know the major companies do, such as Hertz, Alamo, Dollar, National. I would do a search on orbitz or expedia and then call several companies to see how much it would be. I can tell you right now, I would probably double whatever price you see online, because those prices would be for those who are over 25, and have a credit card.
