The Antrim Coast in Northern Ireland has the most beautiful sunsets in late Spring early Summer, worth seeing.

i would say as far east as possible, then find yourself a western coast. for me it was in Thailand, in one of the southern islands, on a western facing coast. lying on a hammock listening to the ocean.

I would strongly recommend Perranporth in Cornwall. You can either sit on the beach and watch it, sit on the cliff top along the coastal path or sit outside the beach bar/restaurant. I have some wonderful photographs taken here.

Got to be Barbados just south of Bridetown. Was there a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. I can send you some pics. they are amazing.
The best I saw was on a cruise from Cypress to Egypt. Nothing but water all around and nothing to block the view. Beautiful.

travel out of galway towards spiddal, at barna turn right towards moycullen. go up the road away, stop, sit on a stone wall look back towards galway bay. as the sun defuses into the sea and clouds, its colour bleeds into the sky, the whole world seems to go out of focus and everything becomes a smokey haze. the peat bogs slope down to the sea before you and the black waters of the tarns and pools shimmer like jewels in the last golden light of the sun. well it did some years ago i haven't been there lately.
