Answers:
The dole office, the scrap yard, thousands of cars without wheels and the welcoming boirds
Excellent coach tours to Yorkshire.
The Cavern Club is a good place to visit. The home of MerseyBeat and the historical home of The Beatles
The Chinese New Year Parade is a definate MUST SEE!
And St Patricks Day in Matthew Street.
The Albert Dock- it has very trendy bars and restaurants, the Maritime museum which tells you about Liverpool's colourful history, from slavery to the Titanic, and there is also the famous Tate Gallery. You can also catch the boat from the dock which transforms into a car, and takes you on a guided tour around the city.
The Town Hall, Liver Buildings and many of the old Victorian buildings near the waterfront. The ferry across the Mersey. The Museums, lots to choose from, on slavery (brilliant and very moving); Customs and Excise and the main Liverpool Museum to name but a few. St Georges Hall and the Adelphi Hotel (just look at the outside of the hotel don't stay there). And do a tour either by foot or by a bus that becomes a boat.
Check locally, I think it's on a Thursday, you can see thousands of scally Scousers, with paint and plaster stains all over their jeans, as they slip out from their cash-in-hand jobs to go and sign on down the dole office. From there, it's a swift three, or six, pints in the local boozer, before drink-driving their way back to work.

It's a beautiful sight, much like the film "March of the Penguins", all those lovely cheeky little chappies, striving to get what they want.

Brings a tear to the eye, for truth.
On my visit all I could see was GRIDLOCK! What a mess!
