Yeah I have been there and it is a lovely island. We stayed in Costa Teguise. There is lots to do like sight seeing. But after the first week you can get sick of Volcanos and camels. But hey dont let me put you off. Everybody has a different opinion. Happy Holidays. If you like churches and markets and lovely beaches, try Lefkas in Greece. I recommend Vassiliki resort. Lots to do, nice weather and George at the Cocoon Bar on the beach is gorgeous.
I've heard it nicknamed Lanza-grotty - Never been there myself but that put me off.?
its ok but there is always a breeze blowing and the beaches are black
Lanza-grotty? Never been there, but it's got beaches like Tenerife (volcanic black)..
You should try Cyprus, the Costa del Sol, Portugal or South of France..
Also, what about Turin, Amsterdam or Prague?
FANTASTIC place to go!Everything there that you would want, especially if you like Chinese food.
HOLIDAY OF A LIFETIME!! i went there this summer and it was amazing stayed in the south of the island of lanzarote was called playa blanca beware it is extremly quite but beautiful would gicve anything to live there!! jet skis evrything and the shopping for perfum and aftershave is good too..nice restauants but beware of the tours as some are soo boring
When i went there i was on a cruise and stopped of for the day. We went on a trip to Fire Mountain which was good and drove around where nobody is allowed to walk. Also visited a Winery which is ok if you like wine to taste. personally as driving around on coach i did not really see much of anything but I dont think we would go there for a holiday.
