www.asiaexpat.com - this has loads of job postings across asia, inc. hk. also u might want to try www.jobsdb.com - this site is less useful but may provide some options. It also depends what kind of job ur looking for and if ur qualified - they don't hand out work permits for nothing.

Same as finding a job anywhere else, there is no easy way, but some things do help, not necessarily in this order:
1. Speak or attempt to learn the language (Cantonese, Putungha or both);
2. Have desirable skills, a good resumé and superior educational credentials;
3. Have the right personality;
4. Find a place to crash for a few months until you find something;
5. Get the proper visa to work legally.

Firstly you will require a work permit.
You can enter HK on a tourist visa but your stay is limited.
Depending on the type of work you seek you affect where you look.
Most proffessions have recruitment websites that cover HK.
Otherwise try the south China morning post. www.scmp.com
Dont forget cost of living is high in HK particularly accommodation, if you want to eat cheaply follow the locals or stick to McDonalds!
do what the Hongkonger do.
The Thai and filipino girls have no problems earning money they just sell their a**e.
Its the oldest professsion dont you know!
Ask daddy to talk to his rich business friends to help you find a high paying job.
IF your daddy doesn't have rich business friends, try KFC or Mcdonalds.
The above only applies for Hong Kong residents.
If you are a foreigner, work illegally at any of those slick restaurants that cater to the expat community.

Go to Hong Kong as a tourist and start looking, just as if you where in your home town. If you find something then sort out work permit/visa issues with your new employer. I don't know what you can do or how well qualified you are so can't comment much further than that. But for sure, you have to be there and start networking right away. You MAY be lucky and find something through the internet or through a recruiter, but on the other hand you might wait months for anything to hit. Go there now is my advice.
