Have you been to Japan? What do you think of it?

What was most memorable? What was least memorable? Would you recommend?

Answers:
I spent time in Yokosuka back in the 70s, when I was in the Navy. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I saw, first hand, a culture far more ancient than my own, one where people did the right thing without being forced to do so. I tried exotic food, met beautiful women, visited castles, and widened my horizons far beyond anything I imagined at the time.

I learned that our way of doing things is not the only correct way, and that people are just people, no matter where we live. Dogs come to you to be petted, and cats are friendly, even if you don't speak Japanese. People drink, people fish, raise families, love one another and have lives..even in Japan.

Most memorable..The Imperial Castle in Tokyo. My least favorite...the plumbing. I don't care much for Benjos.

I would dearly love to visit again!
its cool
Heck Yea! Of course I have been to Japan. I went just 2 months ago.

The entire trip home was all memorible so I will tell you about it^__^

I went to Nara, Kyoto, Osaka, and Gose(home). I would rate Gose as the best city. Well probably because it is my home^__^.
In Nara I went to the toudaiji and explored the parks. It was awsome..especially considering the fact that I hung out with some great friends! At the Toudaiji temple, there is this small hole that is in a pilar and you have to go through it.It looks as if it is impossible, but it isn't. In the parks there are deer that just waunder freely and you can feed them and take pictures and they don't run away.

Now, In Kyoto.I went to the Kyoto Tower, Kinkakuji, and Kiyomizu. The Kyoto tower is awsome, and I sure have some awsome memories there. Also later I went to kinkakuji and there is the Golden temple. It is made out of gold leaf and it is beautiiful. I also went to Kiyomizu. Kiyomizu means the water purification temple. It is very nice and there are these springs that flow fresh and clean water from the ground.and oyu can drink it and it is very tasty! Later I went shopping and there are lots of places to shop at in Kyoto.but, there is one downside..there are too many tourist! I had a wouderful time hanging out with my friends in the mall^__^oh, good ole memories

Then I went back to Gose. I met up with my family and I was so happy to see them!.They are awsome!
then we had lots of fireworks and lots of fun^_^

For recommendations.well I just can't recommend a place, I recommend all of Japan!.every city is beautiful at any time of the year. there is no such thing as a non memoribale time in Japan.

I love Japan, and I plan to go live back there.^_^
Japan is my home and I am soo proud of it.

PS: THE FOOD IS AWSOME!
Best country ever.
Go eat shark. Watch a Tokyo Jihen concert. Talk to locals. Watch inside TV - you'll have a blast with the country's aesthetic beautiful and absolute fun. Everything is there.

Boy every body wants to be black!

even in other countries

tell me Im lying

plus everyone moves out of your way there. They treat black folks like King Pens in those areas plus they depict us a being lethal.which is kinda cool.
Yes. Japan is an incredibly clean and orderly country. The people seem very respectful and not outwardly gregarious in any way; very shy and reserved in fact. You can get around using only the train system and in the subway stations and on the streets it seems all the men are dressed in suits.
. . . preferred Disney's "Magic Kingdom" in Florida, once you've seen one Disneyland you've seen them all . . .
Never been but all the Japanese people I have ever encountered are extremely polite and gracious.
