What's the best sightseeing holiday anyone's ever been on in Europe?

Thinking about going for a short break next month and was hoping for some ideas!

I hopped from Amsterdam to Paris to London to Germany and still it wasn't enough!
Spend as much time as you can afford over there.
Rome.history, culture, good food and wine and VERY attractive local's!!

Greece is awesome.not only beautiful to look at but the history and the people are very helpful and generally easy going..
England just beat them last week so I would suggest not going there for a while.ha!ha!
