Whats the safest state in america to live in?

going by least crime, least dangerous animals, least bad weather etc

No such thing. Crime can occur anywhere without warning, even in the so called "safer states".
Minnesota is pretty safe, except for the occasional tornados.
Go to CNN they just listed the top 10's of all of those issues.
