I would love to live in one of these old and quiet neigborhoods of Harlem as Bradhurst, Manhattanville, Striver's Row, Astor Row or Hamilton Heights (aka Sugar Hill).

manhattan, i love it
Anywhere outside of the state.
It was China town!
Nobody lives there. They exist there.

The place once boasted some of the best neighborhoods, but that was fifty years ago.

Now it's all very expensive and neighbors have their pet dogs for friends.

I don't even believe there are good paying jobs up there anymore.
Greenwich Village without a doubt, its cool and the gang!
In NY, I would live in SoHo.
In the slums it will be cheaper
West Village! Lots of cool shops, cafes, and restaurants. But, ouch, rent is expensive!
Anywhere near the airport,so it is easy to get the hell out of there !
