If I walked at four miles an hour how long would it take me to walk all the way around the world?
Assuming I could walk on water and did not have to stop for rests…….
Answers:
Well, the circumference of the world at the equator is 24,901.55 miles which would take you (24,901.55/4) 6225.3875 hours which means that if you were to walk straight for 24 hours, it would take you approximately 259.39 days. Of course, it would be a lot easier to just walk around one of the poles and say you went around the world.but what do I know?
Who cares man..
6250 hrs, or about 260 days
Dont care.
Approx.6261 hours or approx 261 days - walking non-stop!
Round the equator. You could talk a shortcut and go over the poles, you would walk about 27 miles less or 6h45 min :).
Tempting idea though.
The circumference of the earth is about 24,900 miles.
Divided by 4 (for the mph), that's 6,225 hours.
Divide that by 24 to get days, and that's about 260 days.
a very, very very long time
You're making me tired just thinking about that.
