Try the restaurants at the printworks which is about a 10 - 15min walk away frpm piccadilly, or maybe one of the hotel restaurants like the malmaisson.
The northern quarter has lots of good bars/pubs, and is only a 5min walk away.

Yes, bella italia it is on piccadilly square next 2 the boots store. Really nice atmosphere and food cheapish and delicious. I went 5 times in a week coz it was so good! Try it, i guarentee u will love it. Oh and it isnt just italian food they do, they have varieties of things. Try it out.
Burger King in the station, only joking, there are a few restaurants near the station not sure if they are open after 11pm though, but there are a few 24hr cafes that are always good value for money.
China Town, The Village (for a drink)
