Egypt. You can get pretty cheap deals to places like Sharm El Sheik, especially if you're only going for a week. It's hot, theres TONS to do and see, you have the beach and it's cheap when you're out there.
Fuerteventura,good weather there,all year round.
New Forest plenty to do that doesn't cost to much( if your the outdoor type)

Why not try Marrakech, £1000 will get you a great holiday there and the weather is good for winter sun. BA fly there with some great prices and the service far exceeds what you would get with a budget carrier (free booze for a start).

Amsterdam! and spend all your cash on shopping,they have some wicked shops!
I would say the Czech Republic. Spend two or three days in Prague, then rent a car (or go by train) to the countryside and other towns, like Cesky Krumlov and Hluboka Castle.
RyanAir flies into Brno, CZ for very cheap and many other low cost air carriers go to Prague. You can rent a car cheaply here. Hotel rooms are cheap on the budget end, hostels are even cheaper if you don't mind hostels. Food is excellent and very affordable and attractions are cheap and plentiful.
