Desert island??

If you had to live on a desert island what three things would you take with you and why? Make sure you think wisely.

Answers:
Well this depends, If the island has a food source or not and if it has a water source or not. I would definitely take a Swiss army knife, a pregnant sheep, and a whole batch of mixed seeds (tomato's, potato's, celery ext..) The reasons should be obvious the Swiss army knife is equipped with the fallowing a magnifying glass to start a fire warmth, cooking, and safety. a knife to cut with make tools and shelter. it also is equipped with a fork, spoon and saw blade, a compass and last but not least a par of scissors. As for my pregnant sheep, A sheep can provide wool for clothing, meat to eat, milk to drink, as for the pregnant part the adverge sheep will give birth to about 6 little ones, chances are that i can breed them and continue this cycle. Last but not least seeds, once you have grown a plant you can replant the seeds and provide your self with all the fruit and vegetables you might need. The Items I have chosen are all self replenishing and or reusable.
a radio, batteries for radio, and a knife for cutting things.
Carmen, Music, attitude
my hubby
water
food
I would take a good book, A picnic and a sattelite phone for when I have had enough quiet time.
Good question - now I am fantasizing about actually having quiet time on a deserted island.
A journal(this includes something to write in it with), the bible so I could actually read it cover to cover, and a very special kind of plant. wink, wink. lol
It depends, if whatever I wanted, or whatever I needed or whatever I needed to get me home? Wanted = my partner, my kids and the SAS. Needed = my partner my kids and the knowledge to make us survive and be happy. To get me home = any state of the art sh.t that would pinpoint me within the hour

A cooler full of ice and Heineken, sunglasses and a big umbrella.
Enjoy your life.
A Good Lock Knife, A heavy duty Plastic sheet & a large metal or plastic cup.
A lock knife so the blade is only exposed when I want to use it, for safety ie falling over etc. Plasic sheet for cover if it rains, and there is a source of drinking water. If not for collecting drinking water when it rains and when there's no rain by placing a stone on top to collect condensation on the underside of the sheet and allowing it to drip into the cup. This will work in the earlier and cooler times of the day about 0300-0500.
