Known as Argentina’s Lakes District, Bariloche is truly an amazing place. I was just there last year. The scenery alone --lakes, mountains, glaciers -- leaves most people breathless, but what make this an incomparable vacation destination is that the accommodations, dining and nightlife are great too.
There are lots of Irish-style pubs if you're looking for a pint, but really you can't go wrong in any of the many bars because Argentineans live life late: they eat late, they go out late, drink late, come home late and wake up late.
