Mail lost in China?
I sent a mail (standard) to China 2 month ago, but they haven't received yet. Since I'moving there soon, I sent one to myself at my China address to see if it's OK, still, it hasn't arrived. Can I forward all my mails to China safely? Is it a problem with Royal Mail or Chinese Post Office? What should I do about these two lost mails?

if u send mail by sea its take 2 - 3 month..
i always send package and its ok. no lost record.

Maybe because you wrote it in a wrong way.(I am a Chinese) You know,we write the address in different order.Or maybe u wrote some wrong characters.Try to ask China post office what is wrong.I think they will solve it:)
My brother lived in China for years and he got mail from abroad. Are you sending it land or air? Cause landmail will take along time.
The literacy rate of English or alphabet among post men is very low in China.
If you wrote the address in English, it is easy to be lost.
Use Global Express, EMS postal mail, or other trailable mails. To my experience, 100% of my parcels, including documents, reached to China, even the address was written in English.
As for the two lost mails, better give them up or wait for more 2 month (maybe they reach suddenly in the future).
I live in China and have letters from my bank and from the taxman they get to me,one went missing for two months but turned up in the end,someone in China normally translates the address into Chinese within the postal service.It normally takes 10 days first class and 14 days second class.
