Ok allow me to answer the questions in more detail than the rest.

1- English channels without satellite - Nile TV & some programs on channel 2. If u watch tv a lot, cable is a must.
2- English channels on satellite? I would have to recommend cable tv not satellite. Satellite has only 2 English channels worth watching (MBC2 & MBC4)
A- Show Time: Movie Channel 1 & 2, TV land, Paramount, CNN, BBC, Discovery, MTV, VH1. I will provide u with the Show Time local site for reference. Expect to pay L.E 150-200 per month depending on your channel selection
B- Orbit - ESPN, MGM, America Plus, Super Movies, Cinema City, Super Comedy, FTV. Again, I am including a link to their site.A little cheaper, should be in the range of L.E 120-180 per mont
C- ART - America channel, Movies America. The cheapest starts from L.E 45

My own personal recommendation is Show Time, has the more movies, best sit coms and movies. Both ART & Show Time decoders give you free access to Nile Sat, which will again provide you with several English channels for free.

2- So, how much will it cost you? if you pay a 1 year subscription, then you do not have to pay much extra. LE300 if you pay 1 year subscription in Show Time along of course with the monthly subscription fees. If you go for a monthly fee, then expect to pay around L.E900.

3- ADSL : Pricing is fixed. L.E 95 for a 256k, L.E 285 for 512k. I am attaching the site for one of the big ADSL service providers.

about channels without satalite there's no english channels,in satalite(nile sat)there are mbc2(movies chhannels),and some engilsh news

Actually there's no English channels without satellite in Egypt except for Nile TV & on Channel 2 u may find an american series sometime in the evening.
Also there's a showtime open hour everyday & i don't know when exactly.
other than that, nope, sorry.
About Dsl subscription , it starts with 95 LE for 256 Kb/sec & increases according to the speed & the download limit u want..
