Dear Sir,
I have got British Nationality because my father was British Citizen.I am in Pakistan and never settled at UK.
Now after getting British Citizenship, Is my son eligible for British Nationality in these circumstances? Or i or he have to live there to get British Nationality/citizenship?

Yes, your son is considered a British citizen because you yourself are one.
I see no point in holding British citizenship if you live abroad. Will the government of Pakistan not protect its own?
i dont think he will be able to get british citenship through you especialy as you have never lived here, he will have to apply 4 a visa and go the long way round
