Anyone know a nice hotel in WC1 or 2 with clean single en-suite rooms?
Preferably less than £70 a night (for 2 nights in November). Checking the accommodation websites is driving me nuts - even with broadband. Most rooms for single occupancy either have shared toilet/shower (sorry, not for me) or cost an arm and a leg. The flight from Ireland and course attendance are dear enough as it is. Anyone found a gem please?

Don't know whether http://www.visitlondon.co.uk is any good to you but their website seems to indicate that you can get a discount on the standard room rate if you book through them.
If you want to stay in WC1 or 2, you'll pay through the nose.
However - there are a few Travel Lodges, try the one in Islington as I know that is pretty cheap and all rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
