Moving to canada from uk?

i plan on moving to toronto canada to be with my gf i have a uk passport what is the easiest way to do it i have just about enough points a lawyer i spoke to over there said i should just move i will have a six month visa live with my gf and start the process internally, any ideas would be appreciated

I just hope this will help. Otherwise, what sort of occupation are you. If it is professional, then I am sure you can start looking for jobs in Canada via websites where if you are lucky, then these companies might be able to write you an employment letter to support you from moving to Canada.
