Accommodation in Fes / Fez and Marrakech?
Going to Morocco in November and looking for central and interesting accommodation. Budget NOT 5*
Answers:
We went to Dar Atta, in Marrakesh a nice little place between the main square and the new town. It was a lot cheaper than similar riads (we paid 55 euros per night) and we got a huge en suite room. Nice staff, decent food and a lovely hammam. http://www.daratta.ma/
I would also recommend Kasbah du Toubkal if you venture out into the atlas mountains
Try www.Homelidays.com - lots of apartments etc. advertised by owners all over Morocco at all price levels.
U can check about this once Ur there, yet in Fes check Hotel Jemai, a wondeful place but pretty costly.
