Are atm's (cash machines) widely accessable in prague?

Answers:
Yeah, they're all over the place. And most shops / hotels / restaurants / bars take credit and debit cards anyway.
Yeah I was there and there are cash machines everywehre. They give a good ROE, so I didn't even bother to go to the Bureau to change.
Agree everwhere so no need to take cash with you
Absolutely!
There's very few places on the planet these days where cash machines can't be found, and nearly all are wired up to the international networks for UK debit and credit cards with the appropriate Visa or MasterCard symbols. Prague is not the end of the world you know! In Europe ATM machines are ten-a-penny, especially anywhere that tourists hang out!!
Try a list of VISA ATMs: http://visa.via.infonow.net/locator/glob.

and a list of MasterCard ATMs:

There are many of them in Prague, and most big stores accept them for purchases.
Yes, they are all over the place, but watch out for pickpockets.
there are plenty of cash machines and you can select eng so you know what you are doing! Beware, most eng banks do charge you for their use though..and just make sure if you are taking out large amounts of money, put it in your purse quickly, there are a few pick pockets around - saying that I lived there for nine months and never had any problems. There are cashpoints inside banks if you feel safer that way, but honestly, no problem getting cash!
