In which Flanders town can you go underground?

Answers:
In all of them. enough pipes underground where you can walk in. Just kidding!

In Antwerp, check this out: http://www.antwerpen.be/ecache/ben/16/46.

In Mechelen they have parking lots underground (but I don't think you mean this, do you?)

Brussels has got ancient castle-ruines underground: http://www.coudenberg.com/contentennew.h.
The train station in Brussels is also underground. Trams in Brussels drive both on and under the ground.

Hope this will help.
