Cabin crew - whats a good cure for bloatedness?

Answers:
Activia Yoghurt and water tablets from the chemist x
Potassium tablets and also peppermint tea (hot or cold)
I take 6 tablets @ 99 mg each in the morning and 2 -- 32 oz. bottles bottles water each with one peppermint tea bag. I like the tea brand that begins with a "T".
Works like a charm!!
Asparagus are good, too. It's the liquid that does it actually. Smells not so great, but works.
And, yes, drinking water DOES help you get rid of bloat!!
Nux Vomica. You can find at health food stores. Is a tiny white pill. Put several under your tongue and let them dissolve. Helps nausea, bloating, etc. I use the X6 strength.
Bloating on board can be helped by drinking plenty of water before, during and after flight.Restrict alcohol, this makes you dehydrate.Walk around as much as possible, especially on long flights. Flight socks ,of the correct size,do help to stop legs from swelling, but you should still do all the above.Happy flying.!
