Getting sick of europeans?
is anyone else getting sick of europeans and their arrogant anti-American attitude? their media constantly attacks the US and makes their people believe things that never were. one thing i found is that when europeans see that someone in America did something "good", they call him a foreigner. if someone in America did something "bad", they call him an American. they think Americans are ignorant, you should see some of the european ive met. this continent is riddled with alcoholism and prostitution. the EU cant even agree on a constitution, theyre being taken over by muslims, their populations are declining faster than any other on earth, and THEY want to be arrogant bastards who act like theyre all millionaires, while driving cheap peugeots and fiats.
ive lived in europe for a few years now and thats all i see. tourism should be boycotted. besides, every european city is the same after a short time, the typical roman or parisian street is becoming banal.

Just one thing to you..My husband is German and I am American. He has lived, worked, and paid taxes here for the past 20 years. So I think you should really study other situations instead of the one you are in, and then maybe you can judge. My husband is the most loving hard working person I know. We are taking a trip home to Germany (NO we are not millionares!, Just hard working people) to see family, and I don't think that is how they view Americans at all. Its not like my husband and I met yesterday and this is my first time to Germany.I really feel that you have some issue problems. Maybe get some help! Its people like you who make America the way it is.

Americans have never been popular in Europe. Part of the reason is attitudes such as yours and inflexibility to understand what is not within your realm of comprehension. Try something different: you might just like it. Acting polite to European people will get you a lot more mileage that you current attitude.
I am American and married to a lovely Frenchman; we have a wonderful large extended family in France: I love them all. We do live in the States and he pays taxes although he is not a citizen. Sometimes we talk of going back to France. The way things are going here with the political situation: I think we might just move away from this country although I would be sad to leave my homeland. Unless the USA begins to change its politics and treat its own citizens better (not like mindless cattle); then we are all in for a very bad time.
I wonder where the europeans would be right now if we wouldn't have helped out in WWII. My great-grandfather was German and died in Finland of pneumonia because of Hitler. 7 out of 10 of my Great-Grandmother's brothers and sisters died during the war. One part of our family was completely wiped out when an allied bomb fell on their house while they were eating dinner. My great-grandmother was so desperate she made a dress out of the Nazi flags for my grandmother. She had to lie and say it was in the wash when they asked where it was.
Where would Europe, much less the world be right now if we wouldn't have stopped the Japanese or the Communists in Eastern Europe? One of my best friend's in Germany, her family escaped E Germany right before the wall went up and were very lucky. Would the wall have come down without our pressure?
Were would the world be now if not for our cultural and economic impact. America is not just made of Americans, but of people of many nations. So when you crap on us you crap on yourselves. My ancestors just had enough common sense to get out before it got too bad over there. My grandfather in Germany would turn over in his grave if he knew what was going on. My grandmother calls me and tells me how bad unemployment is and how the government is forcing her to have foreigners live in her house with her. Americans have worked hard to get to where they are at and are proud of it. If you want to talk bad about someone, why don't you talk bad about the stupid politicians, journalists, oil companies, and pharmaceutical companies. They are the real ones running the planet not us hard working normal people. And by the way. It is a little hard to vote for someone good when they all suck anyway. It is the rich getting richer and the lower and middle class getting screwed.
It is getting more and more expensive to heat and cool our homes and drive our cars around. A lot of use are trying our best just to get by. I am sure you would all have a lot more money in your pockets if you didn't have such high taxes to pay for all the foreigners you have would you?

We are MUCH bigger. We could put some of your little countries in our back pockets. Oh, and as far as CO2 is concerned. We make more CO2 because we are much larger. DUH! And Germany needs to be talking. If they were the same size as us we would be making more than 3 times what we do now. Their forests and historical monuments are being eaten away by acid rain.
I know the Middle East thing is a pain in the butt and frankly I have had it, too. It could have been handled much better. When in history have the politicians ever listened to the Generals? We should have finished this during the first Gulf War when we had the chance. Were those idiots at Washington asleep at the wheel? Of course. In fact, we should have taken care of the entire problem when it first started with the Iranians when they took hostages at that embassy. As far as I am concered, they started it and this is all loooonnnnggg overdue.
If you want to watch someone, watch the Chinese. They are very quiet over there. Their economy will soon be something to be reckoned with. Their recent surge in gas consumption has led to a lot higher gas prices, as well. They also have the largest population of any country in the WORLD. Going to war with them would suck. It would make WWII look like a cake walk. Not that I have anything against the Chinese. It just shows me they are pretty smart and cunning.
As for you Europeans out there. GIVE ME A BREAK AND GET A LIFE. There are a lot of you moving out already, because of unemployment, et cetera. Maybe you will be next? Oh, and please do not come here. We don't want to listen to your crap. Maybe another country will put up with it. Why don't you move to the Middle East. They are very tolerant and forgiving over there.
