Does anyone know of any travel insurance that cover the over 71 and for 6 months in the caribbean?

I read somewhere that said Saved the aged do insurance for the older travellers.

try travelcoverdirect.com they do insurances for ' seniors' we got one year worldwide for 240$ for 2 people from them, altho we are not 7l we are in our sixties. hope this helps
