You just pee.that's all there is to it. Go behind a bush or tree and squat. Some girls have mastered the art of peeing standing up. You can also buy an "artificial penis" for peeing outdoors. I have been on backpacking and camping trips since I was 6 so I don't even think about it. I just tell people I need to pee and go off into the woods. Also its not like I've never seen any of the guys I backpack with pee and vice verse.
