Bought new phone,gprs set updownload mxit.It says connectin 4 5 min then says gprs failed.?
Answers:
1. Is GPRS or a relevant data service active on your line? If not you would need to speak to your service provider or network to activate one of these services. Vodacom offer the MyMeg, MTN offers Data Live and Cell C offers Smartdata. If you do have the service check that it's been activated and that the setting are correct.
2. Check with Mxit that they do have setting for your handset: http://www.mxit.co.za/
3. Is you handset able to support the service? Check with the agent or manufacturer itself.
