I own a private car park where my clients park the sia state that they cant get clamped yet this land is mine?
Answers:
I've just answered a question similar to this, the UK Road Traffic Act states that it is legal to park on any land that is unfenced, that's why any parking tickets given in store car parks can't be enforced if the park has no gates on it and are not closed for a period of time each day.
The parks come under the Act.
not sure who the sia are but if it is your land they have no rights on who can park there it could be you have rogue clampers on your hands report it to the police or local borough council they should e able to help you sort out the problem
