The Norfolk Broads do not connected to the rest of England's inland waterways. If a short sea trip is not out of the question though, the way to go from Reading would be out of the mouth of the Thames and north to Great Yarmouth. Then the River Yare as far up to Norwich where the Wensum joins the Yare. Although it is possible to go by Lowestoft, there is an extremely small lock between Lake Lothing and Oulton Broad.
I don't think it is possible to reach Kings Lynn from Norwich by water.
If a sea trip is not possible, then the nearest you can get to Norwich is Ely or Kings Lynn by leaving the Thames and travelling north up the Grand Union Canal, where you can then join the Fenland waterways.
Sorry, afraid not. Norwich is on the River Wensum (mainly) which is part of the Norfolk Broads waterways, which is not accessible to the rest of Britain's navigable waterway system. The only access to Norwich would necessitate a journey out to sea, from possibly somewhere near Kings Lynn at a guess (Gt Ouse?) then travelling around the coast to Gt. Yarmouth or Lowestoft and heading up river. Hope that helps.
