Where is the best romantic holiday?
I'm wanting to take my wife on hol for our 1st anniversary, an ideas?

Obviously so long as you're together, you can make any location romantic and the place itself needn't be the priority.
However as you're looking for suggestions, here's mine.
'Paper' is the traditional theme for 1st anniversary gifts so why not give her an envelope (paper) containing your tickets/reservations (paper) to some cosy cabin or cottage somewhere forested in one of the National Parks or somewhere similar overseas (as paper comes from trees !) It then only remains for you both to cuddle up by the open fire and get back to nature.

It doesn't matter where you go as long as you go together. However try and go somewhere she will love; if she loves the beach go to somewhere hot and if she loves culture go to an old city.

Europe.Its a really beautiful place.I have never went before but my friends and family who went there before said that its beautiful =)

take your wife to Italy it really is an amazing place you have everything there wine and dine her on the sandy beaches and watch the sun set oh and don't forget the sex on the beach you will remember it forever

Depending on what your budget is and what part of the country you live in, there are so many romantic places. I highly recommend Sandals Resorts, Couples Resorts, and Kharisma Resorts' El Dorado Royal. They cator to romance and couples being on vacations. I have been to several Sandals resorts and spoken with many people that have all of these resorts and they are romantic. These are all inclusive resorts in the caribbean. Sandals Resorts are in Jamaica, St. Lucia, Antigua, and Bahamas. Couples Resorts are in Jamaica. El Dorado Royale is just south of Cancun, in the Riviera Maya. If you are a West Coaster, Hawaii is always wonderful. I do know of a few wonderfully romantic spots there as well.
