Get off the ferry and follow signs for A16 Bolougne. Take the A 16 towards Bolougne. After a few miles you will see sign for the Channel Tunnel, City de Europe is off that same turning. Hope this helps.

To get from the ferry port to the city centre in Calais you should take Rue du Quai de la Loire until you get to Rue Mollien where you have to turn right. You continue straight, and Rue Mollien would become Rue Paul Bert which should take you to the city centre.
