What is the best time of year to go to Orlando?
Answers:
when the school year starts~~
Anytime you feel like it
Best to avoid late summer if you do not like hurricanes
Never, it is a horrible horrible place.
In the fall when it is cooler and less humidity . You can really enjoy the sights then. i know cause i live in fla. november is about the best time . but stay away the week of thanksgiving and the week after. The sights are really kinda crowded during that time. Good luck hope this helps.
I like Spring.
i would say in the winter/spring. if you plan to go to disney world, do not go there during the summer.
Spring or fall. It can be a bit cool in the winter, and too hot/humid in the summer, but I guess it depends on your temp preference.
I think the lines are shorter during the cold/hot months.
Depends were you are, if you live in Sierra Leone then any time would be fine.
we went the week after the 4th of july this year and surpisingly it was not as hot as i would have expected and no hurricanes - hurricanes usually don't hit orlando
Mid winter - you don't have all the humidity
i think autumn or spring.because there's to many people in orlando at summer.if you go at their winter time it will be freezing !!!
Freeze. in Florida. what is that!
The best time to visit Florida is anytime From Late September through March. The weather is fantastic. The only bad thing are the snow birds!
The weather lately has been warm, but the nights are really starting to get nice! In december, you can get away with wearing jeans and a long-sleeve t-shirt, sometimes you can wear shorts.
And yes, Orlando does get hit by hurricanes! Anybody remember Charlie!?
November. Temp mid 70s low 80s. very little humidity
we went may 2004 lovely but getting hot then . mind you depends if you like the hot weather . dont go during the hurricanes i think thats in oct-nov time notto sure
late summer (September not to hot), March, and April (before spring break} Christmas is a great time also
For me, the best time to go to Orlando is in January. The parks are less crowded, the room rates are lower, and the weather is really beautiful. January is considered a "value season" month for the parks like Disney, and you can expect to see no large crowds or long lines. I like the idea of seeing more and getting on more rides, and the savings on accommodations can be significant. Of course, there are other great months where the weather is really nice, but I personally think that January is the perfect time to visit Orlando and all of the area attractions.
If you are interested in visiting Orlando, you can rent a 3BR condo in the gated community resort of Windsor Palms, located just 3 miles from the gates of Disney, for $85 per night during the month of January. This ground floor, corner rental unit offers three bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, over 1400 square feet. The resort offers a clubhouse, heated olympic sized swimming pool, hot tub, lounge, game room, movie theater, tennis courts, fitness center, and much more. The value season months are as low as $85 per night, and peak season months of July and August go for $115, so you get a significant savings for a weeks vacation by staying during the slower seasons of the year.

febuary or march if you are from the midwest but anytime is great to go to orlando theme park capital of the world
January was great as the sale was on. As if it wasn;t cheap enough out there.. No queues for the rides, parks were pleasent, no huge rush. As well as the fact the weather tends to be cooler but still hot compared to uk standards.
Also its a bit cheaper than During summer holidays etc.
More time to have fun, less time queuing = more shopping time.
we are actually flying out on 30Th November this year for 2 weeks which we cant wait have been in august before wouldnt do this time of year again far to hot and very humid also been end of september early october much better still quite warm plus crowds a lot better but this year going later before christmas crowds arrive ive been told wheather still quite nice not to hot but eveings a lot cooler which we dont mind plus we get to see disney at christmas which have never done before we are staying at the pop century resort
Either right before or right after Christmas week.
November, before Thanksgiving, is one of the quieter times in the theme parks (maximum I have waited in line is about 40 minutes for the popular rides) when you can "do" the parks quite thoroughly in a day. Also the weather is usually fair, with temperatures in about the mid 70's without the humidity you get during the summer.
I have lived in Florida (30 minutes north of Orlando), and I travel down there at least twice a year. I find that the best time to be there is May (nice and warm during the day but not HOT, and breezy cool at night, perfect for visiting theme parks and enjoying the fireworks), and I usually visit during October, when most of the kids are back in school and the amusement parks, restaurants and clubs are not as crowded.
I'm a big theme park fan, so I base "convenience" by the level of crowds and also the weather. In October, there's also Halloween Fright Night at Universal Studios on certain days, and in Epcot there is usually the International Food Festival which is fantastic if you want to sample international foods.
October is suppose to be best, so the locals told me.
