Calling Liverpool! Do you know this address?

2 Snowdon Terrace,
off Castle Street,
Netherfield Road,
Everton.

My great-great-grandfather lived at that address in 1863 and I would like to locate it when I am next in Liverpool

Answers:
1853 directory shows a Snowdon Street but no Snowdon Terrace in Liverpool. I also cannot find a Castle Street near Netherfield Road ( north or South)
You may want to try mapquest. It will show you where the house is if it is on their site.
i dont know it personally but i no a way that you can find it. go onto multimap.com and type in the postcode and it will take you to the door or type it into the satnav
Try looking it up on royalmail.com. Though the actual house is likely to have been demolished. In the late 1800s a lot of terraced housing was replaced.
Contact the city council and ask.

try getting a bus to the city centre main bus station, theres a tourist info place there, they'll put you on the right bus, it'll inly be a 10 minute ride, and you should get directions, dont forget if you get to goodison park fc, you're in everton!
