hi I would like to go to Chaing Mai for 6 months and cannot stand hotels so would like to rent an appartment or flat.can anyone recommend a decent agent who will not charge the earth because I am not a native of Thailand? on my past visits, as soon as the english language is heard the price goes up for everything
