I have a friend in turkey how do we go about getting visa for my friend to visit my home for a holiday?



Answers:
Your friend must have a valid passport from Turkey.
Once they have, go to British Consulate in Ankara or nearest one to them if there are any ouside Ankara and apply for a visa.

You may have to provide what the Consulate thinks of as adequate proof that your friend will be staying with you, proof of address, proof that you reside at the given address etc.

You should contact the Consulate / Embassy here in the UK to find out exaxtly what they would require in Ankara or wherever to issue a visa.

turkey is within the european union so you dont need a visa.
