The greatest car rental place in Houston is Avis. We have rented from them many times and they are terrific. We go to the one on Bay Area Blvd. in Houston/Webster.
you need to do some serious checking into the rental companies. for 3 months you could buy , insure, license and resell and come out after all with more money than spent.
